Anuja, the owner and head baker has been honing her skills since 2016! It all started when she moved to a new city. What began as a way to stay busy, meet new people, and learn, quickly turned into her greatest passion. After many setbacks, triumphs, and encouragement from friends, Sweet Leela’s came to life in September 2023! The real joy comes from creating something unique and seeing the smiles on people’s faces as they enjoy a delicious dessert.

We focus on using premium ingredients like pasture-raised eggs, non-GMO flour, European butter, and rich couverture chocolate. But we don’t stop there—our desserts are crafted with a lower-than-usual sugar content, ensuring you can indulge without compromising your well-being.
While our ultimate goal is to eliminate waste entirely, today we use compostable cling wrap and piping bags. Our packaging is simple and eco-friendly, with minimal accents and labels to reduce waste. We also choose to politely decline excessive non-edible decorations, keeping things sustainable and purposeful!
